- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and presentation in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring brand cohesion across Vancouver and Calgary boutiques.
- Support promotional activities, including site displays, windows, and special events.
- Communicate effectively at various levels, both internally and externally, to provide updates on visual merchandising and boutique issues.
- Implement set designs, plans, and window schemes, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing commercial potential.
- Style and dress mannequins, utilizing creative lighting for window displays.
- Order merchandising and display items appropriately.
- Maximize store space and layout to enhance visual impact.
- Provide feedback to the Fashion Director and Boutique Managers, collaborating with boutique sales staff to enhance their understanding of visual merchandising presentations.
- Photograph boutique windows and displays to create visual merchandising packs for consistency across stores.
- Implement designs and plans from the Paris Image Department, involving manual tasks such as lifting and climbing ladders.
- Ensure excellent customer service by adhering to guidelines and supporting store teams with visual merchandising advice.
- Maintain a smart, well-groomed appearance, reflecting the company's image.
- Complete visual merchandising administration and adhere to company procedures and policies.
- Assist with the preparation and attendance of regular events, including promotions and special events.
- Participate in training and personal development opportunities, applying high standards and actively engaging in meetings.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a visual merchandising role.
- Project management experience is an asset.
- Ability to multitask and manage workload by priority and deadline across several projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and creativity.
- Strong communication skills at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexible and proactive approach with assertiveness balanced by respect and humbleness.
- Personable personality with good networking skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a 'can-do' attitude.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a visual merchandising capacity is required.
Competitive base salary: $65,000-70,000 CAD annually.
