Chanel Visual Merchandiser Specialist

- Translate global visual merchandising directives and seasonal campaign concepts into compelling window and in‑store displays for Milan boutiques.
- Design, plan and execute store floor sets, mannequins, props and bespoke installations that uphold Chanel’s brand codes and visual standards.
- Coordinate with store management, regional merchandising, marketing and creative teams to ensure timing, consistency and commercial alignment of visual initiatives.
- Manage installation schedules, supervise on‑site build and dressing, and liaise with external vendors, carpenters and set builders to deliver on brief and budget.
- Train boutique staff on visual guidelines, upkeep of displays and product presentation standards to optimise sell‑through.
- Monitor visual KPIs and report on the impact of displays on traffic and conversion; propose iterative improvements based on performance and local market trends.
- Maintain an inventory of props, mannequins and display materials and oversee their maintenance, storage and seasonal rotation.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in visual merchandising or retail display within luxury fashion or premium retail environments.
- Proven track record delivering high‑end window and in‑store installations consistent with a global brand’s aesthetic.
- Strong project management experience coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams and external vendors under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrable eye for styling, proportion and storytelling, with ability to interpret creative briefs into executable retail solutions.

At least three years’ professional experience in visual merchandising or retail display within luxury fashion or premium retail, including hands‑on execution of window and in‑store installations and coordination with creative and retail teams.
Degree or diploma in visual merchandising, fashion design, set design, interior design, or equivalent professional experience.
