2. Maintain the boutique's image and ensure window displays are in optimal condition, including cleanliness and lighting.
3. Manage labeling and price displays.
4. Educate sales teams on effective display arrangements.
5. Ensure the quality and availability of visual merchandising tools, monitor inventory, and communicate needs to management.
6. Collaborate with boutique teams to enhance the client experience consistently.

1. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
2. Proficiency in basic computer software and digital photography.
3. Fluency in Portuguese/Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
4. Self-motivated, positive, and independent with high integrity and ethics.
5. Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
6. Passion for client experience, luxury, and beauty.
7. Physical ability to move heavy items.

1. Fluency in English.
2. In-depth knowledge of retail processes.
3. Proficiency in Oracle Xstore v23, Oracle DB, and MSSQL.
4. Strong presentation skills and teaching methodology for training.
5. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
6. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
7. Excellent communication skills.
