- Ensure the quality of customer reception by maintaining the boutique's presentation in accordance with established guidelines, including organization, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Apply visual merchandising guidelines and boutique procedures.
- Maintain the brand's image in-store and ensure the proper presentation of displays, cleanliness, and lighting.
- Contribute to the daily upkeep of displays and restocking.
- Manage labeling and pricing displays.
- Educate sales teams on maintaining display standards.
- Oversee the quality of tools used to enhance product displays, including stock management and communication of needs to the manager.
- Enhance customer desire for Chanel by showcasing collections with a deep understanding of the brand's heritage and modernity.
- Utilize and expand knowledge of luxury and fashion trends to fuel creativity and propose new ideas.
- Ensure timely photo reporting of displays.
- Drive personal activity by understanding objectives and proposing action plans to achieve them.
- Leverage stock knowledge to enhance boutique performance.
- Actively participate in morning briefings and propose ideas for improvement.
- Share collection display proposals with managers in advance.
- Incorporate customer feedback into display setups.
- Conduct weekly product rotations in boutiques.
- Collaborate closely with stock teams to ensure effective stock management and organization.
- Previous experience in visual merchandising with a passion for fashion or luxury.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability in a constantly evolving environment.
