2. Apply visual merchandising guidelines and boutique procedures.
3. Maintain the image of the boutique and the quality of displays, cleanliness, and lighting.
4. Contribute to the daily maintenance and restocking of displays.
5. Manage labeling and pricing displays.
6. Educate sales teams on display maintenance.
7. Ensure the quality of tools used for product displays and communicate needs to the manager.
8. Enhance the presentation of collections with a strong knowledge of the brand and its heritage.
9. Utilize and develop knowledge of luxury and fashion trends to inspire creativity.
10. Conduct photo reporting of displays within deadlines.
11. Drive activity by knowing objectives and proposing action plans.
12. Utilize stock knowledge to contribute to boutique performance.
13. Participate actively in morning briefings and propose ideas.
14. Share collection layout proposals with managers.
15. Incorporate client feedback into display setups.
16. Ensure weekly product rotations in boutiques.
17. Collaborate closely with stock teams for effective stock management.
