1. Ensure the quality of customer reception by maintaining the boutique according to established rules.
2. Apply visual merchandising guidelines and boutique procedures.
3. Maintain the image of the boutique and the quality of window displays.
4. Contribute to the daily upkeep of displays and restocking.
5. Manage labeling and price displays.
6. Educate sales teams on proper display maintenance.
7. Ensure the quality of tools used for product displays and communicate needs to the manager.
8. Enhance the presentation of collections with a strong knowledge of the brand and its heritage.
9. Utilize and develop knowledge of luxury and fashion trends to foster creativity.
10. Conduct photo display reporting within deadlines.
11. Know and use stock knowledge to contribute to the boutique's commercial performance.
12. Participate actively in morning briefings and propose ideas.
13. Share collection display proposals with managers.
14. Incorporate customer feedback into display setups.
15. Ensure weekly product rotations in boutiques.
16. Collaborate closely with stock teams for effective stock management.
