1. Ensure the correct implementation of Chanel’s merchandising policy in the boutique.
2. Maintain boutique visual merchandising standards according to global guidelines.
3. Facilitate constant product rotation through collaboration with retail and merchandising teams.
4. Optimize boutique tools, maintenance, and inventory.
5. Set up window decor and display merchandising, respecting deadlines.
6. Ensure VM displays and windows are understood by boutique management.
7. Organize regular training on merchandising policy for boutique staff and management.
8. Regularly update boutique display via the IWD platform.
9. Prepare notes for next day VM realization.

1. At least 3-4 years of proven experience in a similar visual merchandising function in the luxury business.

2. Ability to work with deadlines and strong decision-making skills
3. Strong knowledge of fashion, style, and current visual merchandising trends
4. Ability to convert VM actions into commercial results
5. Knowledge in art and culture
6. Strong sense of detail
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Fluent in Spanish and English

At least 3-4 years of proven experience in a similar visual merchandising function in the luxury business.
