2. Maintain boutique visual merchandising standards according to global guidelines and boutique needs.
3. Facilitate constant product rotation through collaboration with retail and merchandising teams.
4. Optimize boutique tools, maintenance, and inventory.
5. Set up window decor and display merchandising, adhering to implementation deadlines.
6. Ensure boutique management comprehends all visual merchandising displays and windows.
7. Organize regular training sessions with boutique staff and management on merchandising policy compliance.
8. Regularly update boutique displays via the IWD platform.
9. Anticipate and prepare notes for upcoming visual merchandising tasks.

1. At least 3 to 4 years of proven experience in a similar visual merchandising role within the luxury sector.
2. Strong decision-making skills and ability to work with deadlines.
3. Creative and innovative thinker with a strong knowledge of fashion, style, and current visual merchandising trends.
4. Demonstrated ability to convert visual merchandising actions into commercial results and best practices.
