1. Maintain the brand image within the boutique, enhancing the client experience and facilitating the selling process.
2. Support the Operations team with product preparation for floor moves and collection launches, including display items.
3. Update digital photo files for visual merchandising maintenance as changes occur.
4. Maintain boutique image standards consistently.
5. Keep documentation of window items current for the selling team's reference.
6. Assist in the implementation of events, sales, seasonal installs, corporate events, and other business-driving initiatives in the boutique.
7. Communicate effectively with the boutique selling team and management.
8. Participate and collaborate in digital meetings.
9. Work independently with minimal supervision.

1. Minimum 3 years of related experience in visual merchandising or a similar field.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of Chanel.

A minimum of three years in a related visual merchandising role, with basic knowledge of retail operations, display, and merchandising.

Full-time in-store and in-person presence required to support client sales and deliver elevated client service to drive business results.
