Chanel Value Management Office Director

- Lead and develop the Value Management Office, coordinating teams in Lean Agile Coaching, PMO, FinOps, Portfolio Management, Change Management, and UX/UI.
- Ensure coherence and synergy across Tech Engineering department activities to enhance performance.
- Represent the Value Management Office to senior management and business stakeholders.
- Maintain strategic project roadmaps aligned with business objectives and departmental goals.
- Oversee budget planning, monitoring, and optimization for the department and associated projects.
- Implement and manage FinOps strategies to optimize cloud infrastructure and service costs.
- Promote financial management best practices and cost control within Tech teams.
- Deploy agile frameworks at scale, enhancing value delivery and team collaboration.
- Foster a results-driven culture focused on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Organize and lead Program Increment Planning sessions, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Provide agile coaching and Scrum Master support to project teams as needed.
- Define and manage change management strategies for technological transformations.
- Supervise project portfolio management, ensuring resource allocation and progress tracking.
- Ensure UX/UI integration in all Tech projects to enhance user experience.
- Promote a user-centric culture within the department.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in cross-functional management, Tech project portfolio management, and agile transformation at scale.
- Proficiency in agile and project management frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Prince2), FinOps practices, financial management, and change management.
- Natural leadership with the ability to unite and inspire technical and business teams around a global architectural vision.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with governance committees and adapting messages for various audiences.
- Pedagogical skills to facilitate knowledge transfer and promote a culture of documentation and continuous learning.
- Strong organizational, analytical, prioritization, and impact measurement skills.
