Chanel Treasury Analyst

- Manage, analyze, challenge, and consolidate actual and forecast cash flows for the European perimeter, ensuring robust cash forecasting.
- Collaborate with CFOs, FP&A, and Global Treasury to onboard entities and analyze financial data from P&L to Balance Sheet.
- Challenge business performance through cash flow analysis, including working capital improvement and Cash KPI analysis.
- Provide training and guidance to entities on cash flow methodologies.
- Coordinate treasury topics with cash management, external debt, internal financing, and other financial aspects.
- Streamline processes and structure Corporate Finance information to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with the Capital Structure Policy and participate in financing requests to support business operations.
- Build strong business partnerships with internal stakeholders such as FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Legal, IT Finance, Real Estate, and M&A.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Treasury data through BI and data visualization.
- Support the Long-Term Cash Flow Forecast project and collaborate with the Advanced Analytics Team.
- Work closely with the Cash Management Team on Short-Term Forecasting.
- Qualified finance professional with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Treasury.
- Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data visualization and BI tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex matrix environment and multicultural context.
- Fluency in French and English.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance, specifically in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Treasury.
Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
