Chanel Transportation Operations Specialist

- Coordinate domestic shipments from Chanel distribution centers, 3PL facilities, and boutiques to various destinations including external clients, retail partners, and corporate locations.
- Oversee planning and routing of all outbound orders in compliance with partner guidelines.
- Schedule prepaid shipments to corporate offices, boutiques, and e-commerce facilities using appropriate transportation modes.
- Collaborate with the Fashion Account Management team to manage outbound shipments and support collection launches.
- Manage carrier claims program and oversee the resolution of freight claims.
- Administer parcel and courier carrier processes including account setup and performance reviews.
- Participate in internal team meetings to align on business goals and order schedules.
- Monitor customer routing guidelines and ensure alignment with Chanel SOPs.
- Coordinate special transportation projects such as employee sales, events, and new store openings.
- Analyze network and lane data to identify opportunities for improved delivery solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably International Business or Supply Chain.
- In lieu of a degree, 2 to 4 years of experience in domestic logistics management.
- Proficiency in domestic transportation modes and shipping documentation.
- Ability to understand and leverage technology for business processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High proficiency with computer systems and software applications.
2 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing domestic logistics, preferably in the fashion and fragrance & beauty industry.
Bachelor’s degree in International Business or Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
The anticipated base salary range is $61,400 to $80,000, with potential for bonuses and other forms of variable pay.
