1. Support the Training and Style Expertise Manager in deploying the learning strategy across various projects within the department.
2. Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, invitations, and event management for training sessions in Paris.
3. Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and execution of training programs.
4. Monitor and report on KPIs, and manage digital learning programs on IFL.
5. Maintain and update the training database (SAAS forwork), including participant registration and session creation.
6. Participate in market projects and governance, including learning committees and newsletter creation for European teams.

1. Proficiency in English and French.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Passion for fashion and trends.

1. Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
2. Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Analytical skills and digital proficiency with tools such as Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Wooclap, and Canva.

Experience in a multicultural environment and familiarity with retail operations is advantageous.
