1. Collaborate with the business team to align training solutions with the overarching business strategy and sales training needs within budgetary constraints.
2. Ensure all sales training programs are delivered in accordance with Chanel's image standards and regional guidelines.
3. Review performance results of counter and boutique ECS & MSP, and follow up on action plans.
4. Provide regular feedback reports to update regional and local teams.
5. Oversee the overall performance of the training team and evaluate/develop trainers' performance and competency in their roles.

1. Proven experience in a training management role within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Strong understanding of sales training methodologies and strategies.
3. Ability to align training programs with business objectives and brand standards.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Proficiency in performance evaluation and feedback delivery.

Significant experience in training management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
