1. Organize and deliver face-to-face training sessions on makeup, skincare, and fragrance, with a focus on skincare.
2. Provide personalized coaching to beauty advisers, clients, and Chanel employees to enhance their service and advisory skills.
3. Develop and share in-depth knowledge of Chanel's skincare products, empowering beauty advisers to create customized skincare routines.
4. Offer bespoke, consultative advice to ensure exceptional service and effective communication of Chanel's offerings.
5. Serve as a role model for Chanel's brand image, focusing on the skincare line.
6. Evaluate and refine training programs based on participant feedback to ensure relevance and innovation.
7. Conduct dynamic in-store training and coaching sessions, focusing on real-time skincare skills development.
8. Build and maintain client relationships, actively seeking new engagement opportunities.
9. Stay informed on skincare trends and industry innovations to identify new training initiatives.
10. Regularly report on training progress and use feedback to enhance the training experience.

1. Successful experience of at least 3 years in a similar position within the beauty industry.
2. Specialized knowledge and passion for skincare, with the ability to communicate expert-level advice.
3. Proven ability to inspire, coach, and build lasting relationships with clients and teams.

1. Energetic, enthusiastic, and empathetic with a client-focused approach.
2. Autonomous, entrepreneurial, and hands-on with excellent organizational abilities.
3. High level of proficiency in Office 365 and a digital mindset.
4. Fluency in Dutch, English, and French.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the beauty industry, such as a beauty specialist or makeup artist.
