1. Coordinate and implement the annual promotional calendar to enhance product movement and market share.
2. Define and execute the annual calendar of launches and promotions, ensuring timely placement of decorations, materials, and personnel.
3. Develop and publish a global launch calendar in alignment with brand priorities and market needs.
4. Analyze sell-out figures to identify opportunities and develop action plans to boost weekly sales.
5. Manage and control promotions staff, including selection, assignment, and performance evaluation.
6. Monitor trade marketing expenses and seek cost-saving opportunities.
7. Supervise the implementation of promotions at Points of Sale and generate follow-up reports.
8. Maintain strategic relationships with Marketing, Sales, and Clients to enhance service levels.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in trade marketing or a similar role.

1. Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
5. Fluency in English and Spanish; French is advantageous.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in trade marketing, with a focus on distribution channels, market knowledge, and promotions.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar.
