- Support the design and execution of trade marketing plans for Fragrance & Beauty across European export markets, ensuring alignment with global product and brand strategies.
- Coordinate local market activations and in‑store merchandising with distributors, wholesale partners and retail teams to optimize visibility and sell‑through.
- Prepare creative briefs, approve POS collateral adaptations, and liaise with internal creative, packaging and production teams to ensure brand compliance and timely delivery of promotional materials.
- Manage logistics for promotional shipments (display units, testers, samples), track inventory of marketing assets and follow up on deliveries to partners.
- Monitor campaign performance and sell‑out metrics, compile market reporting and KPI dashboards for commercial and marketing stakeholders.
- Support budget tracking for trade marketing activities, process purchase orders and assist with supplier follow‑up.
- Contribute to the planning and operational delivery of product launches, in‑store events and training for sales partners.
- Enrolled in a work‑study (alternance) program in Marketing, Business, Luxury Management or similar; available to start September 2026.
- Strong interest in luxury beauty and fragrance with an understanding of retail and distributor dynamics.
- Excellent organizational skills, autonomy and attention to detail; able to manage multiple markets and deadlines concurrently.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to build relationships across internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting or BI tools is a plus.
