Chanel Top Clients Junior Manager

- Deploy and sustain regional Top Clients engagement initiatives in alignment with Global Top Client strategy.
- Collaborate with engagement and events managers to design and develop top client strategies.
- Enhance top client engagement using dedicated tools such as the top client tracker.
- Act as the primary contact for regional markets, providing analysis, insights, and enriching a portfolio of initiatives.
- Identify new local engagement opportunities centered around Art & Culture.
- Oversee the regional gifting strategy, from budget definition to stock management.
- Contribute to the creation of information sharing tools to harmonize hospitality best practices.
- Coordinate engagement initiatives with Haute Joaillerie and Haute Couture divisions.
- Liaise with markets to understand objectives and requirements for top client engagement.
- Implement local experience initiatives and contribute to client experience journey design.
- Ensure ultimate client experiences at every touchpoint through stakeholder collaboration.
- Maintain continuous communication and improve top client knowledge through analysis and feedback.
- Master’s degree in Business or relevant fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client experience or project management within the fashion industry.
- Proven international experience.
- Strong understanding of luxury brand landscape and clienteling principles.
- Proficiency in project management tools and office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Fluency in French and English; Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous.
- Positive, proactive, and open-minded attitude.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with high discretion.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and efficiency.
- Collaborative spirit in a multicultural environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
A minimum of 5 years in client experience or project management within the fashion industry, with proven international exposure.
Master’s degree in Business or relevant fields.
