1. Contribute to achieving boutique targets and KPIs.
2. Lead the boutique team in executing retail action plans.
3. Support and motivate Fashion Advisors to enhance boutique performance.
4. Identify individual sales opportunities to contribute to the growth of WFJ sales and overall boutique performance.
5. Support watch and jewelry events.
6. Respond to customer inquiries about watch and jewelry features and competitor products.
7. Communicate the story of Chanel's jewelry collection to customers.
8. Maintain relationships with key clients and identify potential WFJ clients from fashion customers.
9. Collaborate closely with the watch and jewelry technician team to provide excellent customer service.
10. Inspire and engage the boutique team in watch and jewelry interests.
11. Share and impart watch and jewelry knowledge with the boutique team.
12. Support Fashion Advisors in client presentations.
13. Lead morning briefings and action plans, sharing key watch and jewelry information with the boutique team.
14. Collaborate with other category teams to maximize synergy effects in watch and jewelry.
15. Work with the merchandising team on boutique watch and jewelry inventory.
16. Lead administrative and reporting tasks related to watch and jewelry.
17. Collaborate with the VM team to support VM setups.
