1. Collaborate with boutique team members to achieve monthly sales targets for Watches & Fine Jewelry (WFJ).
2. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and transmitting Chanel's values and culture to clients.
3. Assist Fashion Advisors in presenting collections with a focus on technical knowledge.
4. Share market intelligence and product knowledge with team members to build a high-performance team.
5. Provide regular qualitative feedback to Boutique Management and WFJ Merchandising teams on collection performance and product quality.
6. Partner with the Visual Merchandising team to optimize display and visibility of products.
7. Work closely with Timepieces & Fine Jewelry Expert and WFJ Deputy Head of Boutique to maintain display tidiness and increase product visibility.
8. Recruit new clients and convert existing fashion clients to WFJ purchasers, fostering strong client relationships.
9. Ensure all customer service and after-sales requests are handled according to guidelines.

1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably with international Watch & Fine Jewelry brands.
2. Strong knowledge of WFJ collections and technical expertise.
3. Experience handling high-profile clientele.

1. Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.

3. Sophistication and refinement in personal demeanor.
4. Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

At least 3 years of sales experience in the Watch & Fine Jewelry sector, preferably with international brands.
