1. Conduct bibliographic and competitive research on innovation topics.
2. Engage with suppliers and partners to discuss various innovation subjects.
3. Screen raw materials and processes, considering regulatory, toxicological, and intellectual property constraints.
4. Identify potential formulation incompatibilities and monitor product stability.
5. Collaborate with Scientific Expertise and Beauty Performance teams to evaluate product performance.

1. Advanced degree such as a Master's or Engineering degree, preferably in Chemistry or Formulation.

1. Curiosity and openness to innovation.
2. Strong interest in cosmetics and laboratory work.

Relevant experience in chemistry and formulation, particularly within a laboratory setting, is preferred.

Master's degree or Engineering degree in Chemistry or related field.
