1. Conduct bibliographic and competitive research on innovation topics, particularly skin radiance.
2. Develop a reference foundation formula incorporating technological innovations and new raw materials enhancing radiance.
3. Identify potential formulation incompatibilities and monitor product stability.
4. Collaborate with Scientific Expertise, Beauty Performance, and Makeup Creation Studio teams to evaluate product performance.

1. Advanced degree in Chemistry or Engineering.

1. Curiosity and sensitivity towards cosmetic products.
2. Proficiency in formulation and optical physical measurements.

Experience in cosmetic formulation and product development is preferred.

Master's degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Engineering.
