Chanel Technical Draftsman and Project Technician

The industrial and supply teams, located across three sites in the Oise region, are dedicated to the manufacturing and global distribution of Chanel's skincare, perfumes, and makeup, ensuring the swift industrialization of new products.
- Manage and update building and technical element plans, along with the associated documentation for industrial and supply sites.
- Ensure the maintenance of the documentation database for plans and technical elements.
- Uphold best practices in CAD management, including layer management, line colors, and plan naming conventions.
- Serve as the reference for 2D CAD tools (Autocad, Draftsight), 3D tools (Solidworks), and BIM tools (REVIT, Navisworks).
- Conduct basic training on CAD tools to enable technical team autonomy.
- Support sites during various audits (FDA, internal, safety) by preparing documents and assisting during audits.
- Execute investment projects for production sites, including budget definition, scheduling, and layout planning.
- Develop pre-project documents, specifications, design reviews, qualification, and project evaluations.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with manufacturers.
- Draft prevention plans, oversee installation and startup, and perform Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
- Manage project teams and deliver necessary presentations to committees.
- Bachelor's degree in modeling or CAD.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a design office or external environment within the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industry.
- Proficiency in 2D/3D/BIM drawing software.
- Competence in using IT tools such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, listening, and teaching skills.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities.
5 to 10 years of experience in a design office or external environment within the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industry.
Bachelor's degree in modeling or CAD.
