1. Define technical directions for IT projects within the Web domain and support their implementation.
2. Co-develop a technical vision for Web platforms and establish a strategic plan for execution.
3. Advise business units and project managers on the technical feasibility of requirements.
4. Ensure the skill development of IT Project Managers in the Web domain.
5. Design technical solutions in collaboration with backend CMS, Back for Front, and service providers.
6. Draft technical specifications for Web projects to complement project and product manager documentation.

17. Analyze and identify technical risks, conducting comprehensive evaluations to develop solutions.
18. Participate in scheduled technical on-call duties for key events, supporting business contribution teams.
19. Act as the tech contact for Web platforms in regions, facilitating collaboration.
20. Ensure platform stability and manage patch management and operational conditions of CI/CD.
21. Communicate on downtime periods and incidents, conducting post-mortems and organizing root cause analysis.
22. Ensure observability and monitoring of Web platforms.
23. Anticipate tech and legal compliance updates.
24. Conduct technology watch and recommend evolutions/innovations aligned with Web technology trends.

1. Proven experience as a Tech Lead with over 6 years in technical roles.
2. Significant experience (5+ years) with Web content distribution platforms, especially in headless architecture and micro frontend, ideally in the luxury sector.
3. Fluency in both English and French.

1. Strong technical architecture and development lifecycle management skills.
2. Expertise in Web platform development, including design models, programming languages, and frameworks.
3. Proficiency in implementing technical solutions, testing, and acceptance processes.
4. Knowledge of security and reliability requirements for business continuity.
5. Ability to manage crisis situations with method, rigor, and composure.
6. User-oriented approach with a focus on solution operability, reliability, and fluidity.
7. Excellent relational, communication, and team integration skills.
