1. Define technical directions for IT projects within the business and application scope, and support their implementation.
2. Establish technical specifications to inform the project manager's coordinated specifications and requirements.
3. Create a framework of technical standards and procedures.
4. Oversee technical aspects of projects and guide development teams, making architectural and design decisions.
5. Supervise software quality and system modifications, ensuring the implementation of solutions and technical improvements.
6. Share best development practices and lead code reviews.
7. Guide project teams in technical decision-making with educational insights and impact analysis.
8. Ensure the feasibility of solutions throughout the project.
9. Guide and assist team members in problem-solving, analyzing technical risks, and developing solutions.
10. Maintain technological vigilance and recommend suitable innovations.
11. Ensure alignment with market solutions and expertise.

1. Proficiency in Java and Spring technologies, with experience in cloud applications (Azure, GCP, AWS).
2. Solid technical skills and a confirmed experience (7 years) as a Tech Lead.
3. Experience in application RUN and associated challenges.
4. Methodical, rigorous, and calm in problem-solving and crisis management.
5. User and business needs-oriented, focusing on solution operability, reliability, and fluidity.
6. Strong relational, communication, and leadership skills to integrate and lead project teams.
7. Bilingual in English and French.
