1. Lead the technical data roadmap for the Transformation & Quality domain in collaboration with functional project managers.
2. Ensure project delivery commitments and manage Level 2 and 3 support activities.
3. Oversee development resources and escalate risks for arbitration and prioritization.
4. Maintain and update current and future architecture within the domain.
5. Ensure quality technical documentation, including specifications and architecture.
6. Define and implement necessary governance to achieve objectives.
7. Validate and establish technical specifications for IT projects within the business and application scope.
8. Supervise technical aspects of projects and guide development teams.
9. Ensure the quality of applications and modifications to the information system.
10. Design, guide, and implement technical solutions and improvements.
11. Conduct code reviews to ensure technical coherence and optimization.
12. Stay abreast of technological advancements and recommend suitable innovations.

1. Proven experience as a Tech Lead with a minimum of 7 years in relevant roles.
2. Strong expertise in architecture, application development, and software management.
3. Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools such as PowerBI, Power Automate, PowerApp, and Azure environment.
4. Bilingual proficiency in English and French; Italian is a plus.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in technical leadership roles, with a focus on architecture, application development, and software management.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
