1. Define technical directions for IT projects within the Content Management scope and oversee their implementation.
2. Collaborate to create a technical vision for the CMS platform (Adobe Experience Manager) and develop a strategic plan for its execution.
3. Advise business units and Product Owners on the technical feasibility of their requirements.
4. Design technical solutions in collaboration with various teams and service providers.
5. Draft technical specifications for CMS projects to support the coordinated specifications and project charters.
6. Establish a framework of technical standards and procedures.
7. Oversee technical aspects of projects and guide development teams, making architectural and design decisions in collaboration with architects and other Tech Leads.
8. Lead development sprints and co-host Agile ceremonies to ensure smooth sprint execution.
9. Supervise deliverable quality in collaboration with QA Leads.
10. Guide and assist technical, product, and business teams in resolving technical issues.
11. Analyze and identify technical risks, conducting comprehensive assessments to develop solutions.
12. Participate in scheduled technical on-call duties for key events like collection launches or fashion shows.
13. Ensure platform stability and manage patch updates with global infrastructure teams to maintain security standards.
14. Communicate downtime and incident periods, conduct post-mortems, and organize root cause analyses.
15. Stay abreast of technological advancements and recommend suitable innovations for publishing and content management needs.

1. Proven experience as a Tech Lead with over 8 years in technical leadership roles.
2. Extensive experience with Content Management Systems, particularly Adobe Experience Manager.
3. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred.

1. Strong technical skills in architecture, development lifecycle supervision, version management, and regulatory compliance.
2. Proficiency in Java programming language.
3. Ability to manage application and software development, including design models, programming languages, frameworks, and automated testing.
4. Expertise in security and reliability requirements for business continuity and solution operability.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and crisis management capabilities.
6. User-oriented with a focus on solution operability, reliability, and fluidity.
7. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to integrate and lead project teams.
8. Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
