1. Define technical orientations for IT projects within the business and application scope and oversee their implementation.
2. Establish technical specifications to support project requirements and coordinate with the Solution Owner.
3. Create a framework of technical standards and procedures.
4. Support the development and implementation of technical aspects of projects.
5. Supervise technical aspects of projects and the work of development teams, making architectural and design decisions.
6. Ensure software quality and system modifications are aligned with business needs.
7. Guide and oversee the implementation of technical solutions and improvements.
8. Share development best practices and lead code reviews.
9. Support project teams in technical decision-making through educational insights and impact analysis.
10. Design and ensure the execution of test plans.
11. Ensure the operability of solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
12. Guide and assist team members in problem resolution.
13. Analyze and identify technical risks and conduct comprehensive evaluations to develop solutions.
14. Assist in problem resolution in collaboration with developers and vendors.
15. Conduct technological watch and recommend suitable evolutions/innovations.
16. Ensure coherence with market solutions and expertise.

1. Proven experience as a Tech Lead with a focus on micro-services and composable architectures.
2. Strong understanding of Java/Spring technologies and experience with cloud applications (Azure, GCP, AWS).
3. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React is advantageous.
4. Experience in application lifecycle management, including architecture evaluation, development supervision, and version management.
