2. Co-develop a technical vision for iOS apps and establish a strategic plan for implementation.
3. Advise business units and Product Owners on technical feasibility of requirements.
4. Design technical solutions in collaboration with backend CMS and service providers.
5. Draft technical specifications to support project documentation.
6. Create a framework of technical standards and procedures.
7. Oversee technical aspects of projects and guide development teams.
8. Co-lead development sprints and Agile ceremonies.
9. Supervise quality assurance of app deliverables.
10. Guide and implement technical solutions and improvements.
11. Share development best practices and ensure code compliance with Apple guidelines.
12. Organize app version submissions to Apple.
13. Support project teams in technical decision-making.
14. Ensure project solutions are operationally viable.
15. Guide team members in resolving technical issues.
16. Analyze and mitigate technical risks.
17. Participate in scheduled technical on-call duties for key events.
18. Serve as the tech contact for regional app collaborations.
19. Ensure platform stability and manage operational conditions.
20. Communicate downtime and incident periods.
21. Lead post-mortem analyses and root cause assessments.
22. Implement app observability and monitoring.
23. Anticipate tech and legal compliance updates.
24. Conduct technology watch and recommend innovations.

1. Proven experience as a Tech Lead with over 8 years in technical leadership roles.
2. Extensive experience with Apple applications, particularly in Swift and SwiftUI.
3. Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills.
4. User-oriented with a focus on operational viability and solution reliability.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Fluent in English and French.
