- Lead the budgeting and planning process for major tech projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to manage financial KPIs and support global tech controlling responsibilities.
- Oversee worldwide reporting of IT resources on tech costs, including cash, P&L, and FTEs.
- Deliver accurate management reporting and key insights.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of financial systems and controlling processes.
- Ensure financial review and validation of IT investments, focusing on business cases and value analyses.
- Support the evolution of financial systems to meet business requirements.
- Provide financial analysis and presentations to senior management.
- Consolidate and analyze the financial trajectory of the 3-year IT MTP according to global IT strategy.
- Review capital expenditure requests and conduct post-mortem analyses on projects.
- Issue worldwide financial guidelines for major projects and tailor them to tech project levels.
- Support intercompany IT recharges and reconcile main recharges accounts.
- Assist in the purchase order process with IT stakeholders.
- Monitor budgets, reforecasts, and actuals on major projects, analyzing deviations and tracking progress.
- Manage global IT agreements and invoicing activities.
- Support the Head of IT departments and assist the Global CIO in IT strategy and transformation.
- Collaborate with Global/Regional CIOs on budget presentations and decision-making.
- Manage IT contract elaboration, review, and approval processes.
- Animate the community of IT controllers.
- Master's degree in Finance.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in finance and controlling positions.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Hyperion, TM1, D365, SAP is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical skills with strategic and detailed focus.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Intellectual curiosity and international outlook.
- Ability to manage remotely.
5 to 8 years of experience in finance and controlling positions, preferably within a global context.
Master's degree in Finance.
