1. Lead the budgeting and planning process for major tech projects and initiatives.
2. Collaborate closely with project teams to manage financial KPIs and support global tech controlling responsibilities.
3. Oversee worldwide reporting of IT resources on tech costs, including cash, P&L, and FTEs.
4. Deliver accurate management reporting and key insights.
5. Contribute to the development and improvement of financial systems and controlling processes.
6. Ensure financial review and validation of IT investments, focusing on business cases and value analyses.
7. Support the evolution of financial systems to meet business requirements.
8. Provide financial analysis and presentations to senior management.
9. Consolidate and analyze the financial trajectory of the 3-year IT MTP according to global IT strategy.
10. Review capital expenditure requests and conduct post-mortem analyses on projects.
11. Issue worldwide financial guidelines for major projects and tailor them to tech project levels.
12. Support intercompany IT recharges and reconcile main recharges accounts.
13. Assist in the purchase order process with IT stakeholders.
14. Monitor budgets, reforecasts, and actuals on major projects, analyzing deviations and tracking progress.
15. Manage global IT agreements and invoicing activities.
16. Support the Head of IT departments and assist the Global CIO in IT strategy and transformation.
17. Collaborate with Global/Regional CIOs on budget presentations and decision-making.
18. Manage IT contract elaboration, review, and approval processes.
19. Animate the community of IT controllers.

1. Master's degree in Finance.
2. 5 to 8 years of experience in finance and controlling positions.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of Hyperion, TM1, D365, SAP is desirable.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Analytical skills with strategic and detailed focus.
5. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Intellectual curiosity and international outlook.
7. Ability to manage remotely.

5 to 8 years of experience in finance and controlling positions, preferably within a global context.

Master's degree in Finance.
