- Manage schedules and organize travel arrangements.
- Ensure logistical execution of internal department events such as meetings and seminars.
- Establish and coordinate the annual governance committee calendar, ensuring overall coherence in the Parfums Beauté calendar, including invitations, room reservations, and participant updates.
- Monitor the department budget.
- Process all departmental orders.
- Bachelor's degree in Management or Communication.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in office software.
- Ability to synthesize information.
- Fluency in English.
