- Ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies and local tax/customs regulations.
- Manage corporate income tax filings and indirect tax compliance.
- Monitor and implement regulatory updates.
- Respond to tax audits, investigations, and authority queries.
- Conduct post-mortem reviews and tax health checks.
- Provide strategic tax advice, particularly in highly regulated jurisdictions like Australia and Singapore.
- Support transfer pricing monitoring and compliance.
- Partner with external tax advisors to ensure effective local compliance.
- Drive the company’s tax vision and best practices.
- Offer consultative guidance on tax implications aligned with business operations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFE, CIA) are advantageous.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in tax, finance, or related fields.
- Background as an external or in-house tax advisor, ideally with Big 4 accounting firm or listed company experience.
- Proven leadership or managerial experience.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes with hands-on operational exposure.
- Familiarity with the OECD Transfer Pricing Framework.
- Knowledge of tax treaties and regulatory environments in Asia.
- Analytical thinking and risk awareness.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across geographies and functions.
A minimum of 7 years in tax, finance, or related fields, with a background in external or in-house tax advisory roles, preferably within a Big 4 accounting firm or a listed company.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
