- Participate in gathering and analyzing feedback from talents across retail and headquarters regarding their development experiences and career aspirations.
- Support the design of development pathways by analyzing market trends and best practices in career management.
- Assist in coordinating career development programs and events, including planning, logistics, and communication with participants and providers.
- Contribute to the collection and analysis of internal talent data to support succession planning and talent pool management.
- Aid in external talent research to identify future key skills and development opportunities within talent pools, enhancing succession planning practices.
- Collaborate in developing communication campaigns on performance philosophy, goal setting, and career opportunities within the Maison.
- Contribute to creating documents for talents and managers, such as guides, toolkits, and FAQs, to facilitate discussions and adoption of performance philosophy.
- Organize and make resources accessible to extended teams.
- Experience in project-based work and team collaboration with strong organizational, task prioritization, and time management skills.
- Data-driven reasoning and proficiency in information research, data presentation, and tools like Excel.
- Creativity in designing clear and engaging communication materials, such as presentations or summaries.
- Fluency in French and English for effective work within an international team across various European markets.
- Curiosity and willingness to explore diverse tasks, prioritize effectively, and continuously learn new tools, skills, and methodologies.
