Chanel Talent Development Project Manager

- Oversee the integration process for the division, organizing both national and international onboarding seminars in various formats.
- Coordinate integration events for new hires within the division.
- Ensure comprehensive reporting on integration activities and liaise with HR counterparts.
- Develop and implement a cohesive Learning offer aligned with Chanel Parfums Beauté's ambitions, from instructional design to deployment.
- Support the Training Manager in establishing training modules tailored to business needs, identifying suitable partners, and proposing flexible formats.
- Enhance the visibility of training pathways and contribute to enriching the employee experience.
- Maintain administrative oversight of training programs in collaboration with the Training Hub teams and provide regular reports.
- Conduct external research to identify innovative Learning approaches and partners.
- Contribute to team-wide projects.
- Advanced degree (Master's level) from a business school, university, or specialized institution.
- At least one significant prior experience in a related field.
- Passion for skill development and Learning.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster project engagement.
- Agility and creativity with a proactive approach to expanding responsibilities.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with strong writing skills.
- Expertise in Office 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and video editing is advantageous.
At least one significant prior experience in talent development or a related field.
Master's degree from a business school, university, or specialized institution.
