- Manage the integration process for the division, including organizing both in-person and virtual seminars in France and internationally.
- Coordinate integration events for new hires within the division.
- Ensure comprehensive reporting on integration activities and liaise with various HR stakeholders.
- Develop a coherent Learning offer aligned with Chanel Parfums Beauté's ambitions, from instructional design to deployment.
- Support the Training Manager in implementing training modules tailored to business needs by identifying suitable partners and proposing agile formats (in-person, online, self-paced).
- Enhance the visibility of training programs and contribute to improving the employee experience.
- Ensure proper administrative follow-up of training activities in collaboration with the Training Hub teams and provide regular reporting.
- Conduct external research to identify new learning approaches and partners.
- Contribute to projects led by the entire team.
- Advanced degree (Bac +5) from a business school, university, or specialized institution, or equivalent.
- At least one significant experience in a related field.
- Passion for skill development and learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
- Agility and creativity in proposing new ideas.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with impeccable writing skills.
- Mastery of Office 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with digital learning tools and video editing is a plus.
At least one significant experience in talent development or a related field.
Advanced degree (Bac +5) from a business school, university, or specialized institution, or equivalent.
