1. Manage the onboarding experience within the division by updating resources and coordinating communication.
2. Enhance and adjust offerings and content to meet operational needs.
3. Participate in talent development programs such as Talent Development Week and mobility support pathways.
4. Support the deployment of HR processes like Performance@Chanel and Talent Review.
5. Prepare and analyze KPIs for programs and processes.
6. Draft communication materials to promote offerings and initiatives.
7. Conduct research on trends and best practices in Talent Development, Social Commitment, and D&I.

1. Master's degree in Human Resources.
2. Minimum of 5 years of significant experience as an HR generalist or in talent development.

2. Pragmatic, curious, and creative mindset.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong synthesis abilities.
4. Interest in digital and data.
5. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, HR software, and Power BI.
6. Good written and spoken English.

Minimum of 5 years in HR generalist roles or talent development.

Master's degree in Human Resources.
