1. Oversee the onboarding experience within the Watches and Fine Jewelry Division, including updating resources and coordinating communication with stakeholders.
2. Enhance and continuously improve the talent development offerings to meet operational needs.
3. Participate in the facilitation of talent development programs, such as Talent Development Week and mobility pathways.
4. Support the deployment of HR processes including Performance@Chanel and Talent Review.
5. Prepare and analyze KPIs for talent development programs and processes.
6. Contribute to the creation of communication materials to promote talent development initiatives.
7. Conduct research on trends and best practices in Talent Development, Social Commitment, and Diversity & Inclusion.

1. Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR generalist or in talent development.

1. Strong project management and collaborative skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and synthesis abilities.
3. Proficiency in digital tools, data analysis, and HR software including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
4. Fluency in written and spoken English.

A minimum of 5 years in HR generalist roles or talent development, with a focus on project-oriented and results-driven environments.

Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
