1. Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for early career professionals.
2. Collaborate with business and HR teams to identify recruitment needs and align strategies with organizational objectives.
3. Enhance the employer brand and candidate experience through strategic partnerships with educational institutions.
4. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives by recruiting diverse talent in collaboration with specialist partners.
5. Expand and diversify sourcing channels and strengthen relationships with schools across France and Europe.
6. Design and execute tailored events to raise awareness of career opportunities among young talents.
7. Deploy early career talent acquisition initiatives and represent the France Market & Europe Region in global forums.
8. Develop assessment strategies and tools to ensure the recruitment of top talent.
9. Coordinate onboarding and development processes to enhance employee engagement.
10. Monitor and nurture talent pools using innovative dashboards and tools.
11. Track recruitment performance and provide data-driven insights to improve workflows.
12. Stay abreast of advanced recruitment technologies to optimize efficiency and innovation.
13. Lead and support a team of external recruiters.

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-demand, international environment.
2. Strong understanding of sourcing and evaluation tools and strategies.
3. Fluency in both French and English.
