- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives by recruiting diverse talent in collaboration with specialist partners.
- Expand and diversify sourcing channels and strengthen relationships with schools across France and Europe.
- Design and execute tailored events to raise awareness of career opportunities among young talents.
- Deploy early career talent acquisition initiatives and represent the France Market & Europe Region in global forums.
- Develop assessment strategies and tools to ensure the recruitment of top talent.
- Coordinate onboarding and development processes to enhance employee engagement.
- Monitor and nurture talent pools using innovative dashboards and tools.
- Track recruitment performance and provide data-driven insights to improve workflows.
- Stay abreast of advanced recruitment technologies to optimize efficiency and innovation.
- Lead and support a team of external recruiters.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-demand, international environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing and evaluation tools and strategies.
- Fluency in both French and English.
