Chanel Talent Acquisition Manager

- Develop and implement the campus management strategy, including school relations and partnerships.
- Collaborate with various entities to design recruitment strategies for interns and apprentices.
- Establish and maintain direct partnerships with educational institutions.
- Create a comprehensive 360° strategy for talent acquisition, focusing on internships, apprenticeships, and recent graduates.
- Organize and manage school events, ensuring operational excellence before, during, and after the events.
- Oversee communication and engagement for events, acting as an ambassador for Chanel.
- Develop editorial content for internal and external platforms.
- Serve as the primary liaison among all Chanel recruiters.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs across divisions.
- Lead talent acquisition projects in France, aligning with global strategies and deploying tools locally.
- Coordinate recruitment-related projects to improve processes, training, and data management.
- Facilitate the Talent Acquisition community in France, sharing best practices and fostering collaboration.
- Provide training and share expertise within the HR community in France.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with proven expertise in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong influence, community management, and coordination skills across various ecosystems.
- Operational efficiency and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Project management expertise.
- Curiosity and creativity in recruitment and talent acquisition trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in Talent Acquisition roles.
