7. Develop editorial content for internal and external platforms.
8. Serve as the primary liaison among all Chanel recruiters.
9. Monitor recruitment KPIs across divisions.
10. Lead talent acquisition projects in France, aligning with global strategies and deploying tools locally.
11. Coordinate recruitment-related projects to improve processes, training, and data management.
12. Facilitate the Talent Acquisition community in France, sharing best practices and fostering collaboration.
13. Provide training and share expertise within the HR community in France.

1. 6 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with proven expertise in Talent Acquisition.
2. Strong influence, community management, and coordination skills across various ecosystems.
3. Operational efficiency and strategic thinking capabilities.
