1. Participate in the recruitment process, including manager briefings and weekly recruitment meetings.
2. Update and disseminate job postings.
3. Research and identify potential candidates.
4. Conduct preliminary telephone screenings of candidates.
5. Respond to applications and follow up with finalist candidates until their integration into the company.
6. Support the management and development of young talents, including interns and apprentices.
7. Organize workshops and events for interns and apprentices.
8. Participate in mid-term and end-of-term evaluations.
9. Maintain and enhance the talent pool across all disciplines, highlighting recommended profiles for open positions for recent graduates.
10. Create, monitor, and analyze HR dashboards and KPIs related to recruitment, school relations, and budget for apprenticeships and internships.
11. Track billing for apprenticeship contracts.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in Human Resources, particularly in talent development or recruitment, is preferred.
3. Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken.
