- Participate in the recruitment process, including manager briefings and weekly recruitment meetings.
- Update and disseminate job postings.
- Research and identify potential candidates.
- Conduct preliminary telephone screenings of candidates.
- Respond to applications and follow up with finalist candidates until their integration into the company.
- Support the management and development of young talents, including interns and apprentices.
- Organize workshops and events for interns and apprentices.
- Participate in mid-term and end-of-term evaluations.
- Maintain and enhance the talent pool across all disciplines, highlighting recommended profiles for open positions for recent graduates.
- Create, monitor, and analyze HR dashboards and KPIs related to recruitment, school relations, and budget for apprenticeships and internships.
- Track billing for apprenticeship contracts.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, particularly in talent development or recruitment, is preferred.
- Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken.
- Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills.
Ideally, candidates should have prior experience in Human Resources, particularly in talent development or recruitment, either in a consultancy or in-house HR department.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
