1. Participate in the recruitment process, including manager briefings and weekly recruitment meetings.
2. Update and disseminate job postings.
3. Conduct candidate searches and preliminary phone screenings.
4. Respond to applications and track finalist candidates through onboarding.
5. Support the management and development of interns and apprentices, including organizing workshops and events.
6. Conduct mid-term and end-of-term interviews with interns and apprentices.
7. Maintain and promote a talent pool for potential job openings for recent graduates.
8. Create, monitor, and analyze HR dashboards and KPIs related to recruitment and school relations.
9. Oversee the budget and invoicing for internships and apprenticeships.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in Human Resources, particularly in talent development or recruitment, is preferred.
3. Proficiency in both English and French, written and spoken.

Ideally, candidates should have prior experience in Human Resources, particularly in talent development or recruitment, either in a consultancy or corporate HR department.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
