1. Perform high-quality fittings and alterations while maintaining Chanel's customer service standards.
2. Establish strong relationships with clients and collaborate closely with the sales team to increase sales.
3. Promote expertise in alterations and incorporate them as an integral part of the styling process.
4. Work with master tailors and learn from them.
5. Ensure first-class tailoring work with accuracy and precision.
6. Apply design, construction, and styling principles to alteration services.
7. Adapt to the complexities of individual pieces and understand customer needs to tailor products to their lives.
8. Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

1. At least 5 years of experience in tailoring.
2. Understanding of garment construction and sewing.
3. Excellent alteration and pinning skills.
4. Good sense of body morphology.
5. Ability to promote collaboration and teamwork.
6. English proficiency is a plus.
7. Experience in an international fashion house is a plus.
