7. Apply design, construction, and styling principles in alteration services.
8. Ensure precision and accuracy in tailoring work.
9. Adapt to the complexities of individual pieces and maintain a high-quality standard in a fast-paced environment.
10. Continuously develop techniques and knowledge in tailoring.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant tailoring experience.
2. Understanding of garment construction and sewing techniques.
3. Excellent skills in alterations and pinning.
4. Good sense of body morphology.
5. Ability to promote collaboration and teamwork.
