- Define and lead the responsible procurement strategy and sustainable sourcing within the MP & STT procurement department.
- Collaborate with the Packaging Procurement counterpart to align the 'Blooming' procurement roadmap with the RSE PB roadmap on Nature, Climate, and Human Rights issues.
- Develop and implement relevant KPIs and objectives for sustainable sourcing.
- Enhance knowledge and control of supply chains, participating in the Traceability@Chanel project.
- Manage training programs for procurement teams and new hires on responsible procurement practices.
- Support the RSE evaluation of MP & STT suppliers and consolidate responsible procurement tools.
- Co-develop audit plans for suppliers and supply chains, assisting in action plan follow-ups.
- Act as the primary RSE contact for supplier needs and partner interactions.
- Lead the Supplier Academy training program and Ideation Days.
- Consolidate RSE procurement KPIs and enhance responsible procurement dashboards.
- Serve as the point of contact for CSRD reporting activities.
- Lead or co-lead governance meetings with internal interfaces such as R&D and RSE.
- Represent Chanel in relevant sector initiatives like ASD and RMI.
- Conduct responsible procurement monitoring to identify best practices and partners.
- Manage a Sustainable Procurement Project Manager and participate in the MP & STT Procurement CODIR.
- Master's degree in Business or University equivalent with specialization in RSE and/or Procurement.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in RSE, ideally applied to Raw Material Procurement.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to unite internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data processing and advanced computer skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Strategic vision and influential capabilities.
A minimum of 8 years in RSE, ideally within raw material procurement, and at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Master's degree in Business or related field with specialization in RSE and/or Procurement.
