1. Manage day-to-day project management for ongoing and future sustainability projects within the Store Planning team.
2. Collaborate closely with Store Planners to achieve environmental efficiency in store constructions and renovations.
3. Lead coordination among internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and efficient cooperation.
4. Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project schedules, updating on status and issues.
5. Manage the implementation process of sustainability objectives in Store Planning.
6. Provide input into sustainability skills development within the Store Planning team.
7. Ensure follow-up on LEED requirements for new Boutique openings, providing feedback and recommendations.
8. Assess life cycle analysis of Boutiques to identify areas for improvement and enhance circularity.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing sustainable strategies in construction.

1. Track record in green building project management, focusing on construction phase.
2. Understanding and experience with LEED commercial rating system, including LEED for New Construction, Commercial Interiors, and Operations and Maintenance.
3. Experience with LEED Volume Programmes is desirable.
4. LEED Green Associate or LEED Accredited Professional status.
5. Analytical and project management skills.
6. Proficiency in Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat.
7. Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing sustainable strategies in construction.

Master’s degree in building engineering, architecture, or a similar technical background.
