Chanel Sustainability Project Coordinator

- Support the Certification Management Lead in coordinating, advising, and animating the certification management strategy for textiles, leathers, and metals.
- Facilitate the engagement and coordination of internal and external stakeholders regarding certification topics.
- Prepare and assist partners, both internal and external, in conducting audits.
- Provide operational support in producing sustainability content in close collaboration with thematic expertise teams and industry sectors.
- Participate in the development of the certification and standards analysis and monitoring program.
- Implement continuous improvement projects.
- Contribute to various team and company-related tasks such as presentations, team meetings, and training sessions.
- Previous experience in cross-functional project management, consulting, certification bodies, or textile, leather, or metal transformation.
- Strong interest in sustainability issues.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and multi-stakeholder project management skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and French; Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and PLM is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A minimum of one year of professional experience in a relevant field such as project management, consulting, or certification.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
