4. Identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve the tracking of non-financial performance.

1. University, business school, or engineering school student with an interest in CSR and its challenges.

1. Strong analytical skills and comfort with large data sets.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

No specific experience required, but a dynamic and eager-to-learn attitude is essential.
