1. Coordinate sustainability efforts for Canada and collaborate with regional and global teams as needed.
2. Identify and prioritize sustainability gaps.
3. Assist in developing and managing a comprehensive roadmap for addressing gaps, including a detailed action plan.
4. Administer sustainability initiatives and projects for Canada, as well as regional and global projects as required.
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to monitor, administer, and manage all project-related work.
6. Gather industry and market intelligence, and prepare detailed reports on data, metrics, and other relevant sustainability information.
7. Work with suppliers to source, review quotations, and manage contracts for project-related purchases.
8. Foster and manage stakeholder relationships across business units and suppliers.
9. Measure metrics and key performance indicators for new commitments.
10. Develop a structured reporting process to monitor and review progress, and share with leadership teams.
11. Gather qualitative and quantitative data to create dashboards.
12. Assist in quarterly and year-end reporting on sustainability progress for internal and external audiences.
13. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance implementation, metrics, and communications.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and procurement.
2. Education or degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
3. Relevant certifications in Sustainability.

1. Expertise in advanced data analysis and comprehensive sustainability reporting.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
4. Knowledge of ERP and reporting tools.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and stakeholders.
6. Strong understanding of contractual terms.
7. Innovative thinking and ability to work independently.

Minimum of 2-3 years in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and procurement.

Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related field.
