- Coordinate sustainability efforts for Canada and collaborate with regional and global teams as needed.
- Identify and prioritize sustainability gaps.
- Assist in developing and managing a comprehensive roadmap for addressing gaps, including a detailed action plan.
- Administer sustainability initiatives and projects for Canada, as well as regional and global projects as required.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to monitor, administer, and manage all project-related work.
- Gather industry and market intelligence, and prepare detailed reports on data, metrics, and other relevant sustainability information.
- Work with suppliers to source, review quotations, and manage contracts for project-related purchases.
- Foster and manage stakeholder relationships across business units and suppliers.
- Measure metrics and key performance indicators for new commitments.
- Develop a structured reporting process to monitor and review progress, and share with leadership teams.
- Gather qualitative and quantitative data to create dashboards.
- Assist in quarterly and year-end reporting on sustainability progress for internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance implementation, metrics, and communications.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and procurement.
- Education or degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Sustainability.
- Expertise in advanced data analysis and comprehensive sustainability reporting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ERP and reporting tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of contractual terms.
- Innovative thinking and ability to work independently.
Minimum of 2-3 years in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and procurement.
Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related field.
