1. Lead and contribute to environmental and social impact projects within the European Sustainability Development team.
2. Assist in the management and execution of pilot projects, documenting learnings for potential large-scale implementation.
3. Formulate and articulate team needs to frame future projects and propose improvements.
4. Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend concrete actions to reduce impact.
5. Monitor performance indicators through data collection and analysis.
6. Support the communication and awareness efforts of the Sustainability Development team.
7. Organize and formalize key meetings and decisions within the Sustainability Development community.

1. Passion for environmental and social issues, ideally in the final year of studies or on a gap year.
2. Demonstrated rigor, organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong analytical skills to quickly understand diverse situations and propose suitable solutions.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
