- Implement internal project management and governance processes within the Sustainability Portfolio, ensuring consistency across regional and market-level initiatives.
- Support the Head of Sustainability Transformation in managing the sustainability project portfolio, including budget allocation, resource management, and timely delivery of objectives.
- Lead the implementation of a sustainability project dashboard to monitor and communicate project progress, KPIs, and impact.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and follow-ups within the sustainability community to foster collaboration and information sharing.
- Support the development of the Regional Sustainability Roadmap and priorities, aligning with global strategies and integrating sustainability into business operations.
- Manage the Giraffe in Asia program, including planning, execution, monitoring, and alignment with the global Giraffe team.
- Track risks, issues, and changes within the program to provide visibility and facilitate decision-making during steering committees.
- Lead change management efforts in Project Giraffe, collaborating with workstream leads to support stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Tertiary-level academic qualifications in any discipline.
- Additional certifications in sustainability, project management, or change management are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and motivate teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with data and quantitative models.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently.
- Adaptable and eager to learn within a dynamic sustainability landscape.
Proven experience across a broad range of sustainability topics, ideally within retail, real estate, supply chain, or consulting sectors. Demonstrated ability to manage or support complex, cross-functional projects, including PMO functions. Strong track record in driving organizational change and engaging stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations.
Tertiary-level academic qualifications in any discipline; additional certifications in sustainability, project management, or change management are a plus.
