1. Manage inventory of components necessary for production packaging units.
2. Analyze purchase requests generated by SAP and issue orders/delivery schedules to suppliers.
3. Evaluate component availability for production plan execution.
4. Identify capacity issues and alert internal interfaces when necessary.
5. Analyze key performance indicators such as OTIF, stock coverage, obsolescence, and lead time.
6. Maintain daily communication with suppliers, ensuring order follow-up and negotiating deadlines when needed.
7. Ensure component availability for product launches and alert in case of deviations.
8. Manage disputes in coordination with the Quality department.
9. Participate in and lead logistics improvement plans with suppliers.
10. Implement regulatory changes on components, minimizing waste.

1. Bachelor's degree in production management, procurement, or logistics.

1. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
2. Excellent organizational and anticipatory abilities.
3. Negotiation skills and strong interpersonal relations.
4. Proficiency in SAP.
5. Good knowledge of Excel.

3-4 years of experience in logistics or production management.

Bachelor's degree in production management, procurement, or logistics.
