Chanel Supply Chain Project Manager

- Oversee the technical and operational aspects of label tracking solutions within the supply chain.
- Monitor and update Power BI reports for operations teams regarding order status.
- Conduct monthly reporting to highlight key performance indicators.
- Facilitate monthly meetings with label suppliers to track stock levels, operational lead times, and project progress.
- Coordinate pre-launch reviews for each collection, including forecasting and internal validation processes.
- Manage daily discrepancies and identify areas for process improvement and corrective actions.
- Integrate and train new manufacturers in collaboration with operations and support teams.
- Lead projects related to label evolution across all product lines, including needs assessment, solution development, and testing.
- Validate and draft specifications, conduct feasibility studies, and manage project timelines and costs until production.
- Deploy solutions to enhance operational efficiency with manufacturers, including workshops and training.
- Collaborate on sustainability initiatives related to label composition and lifecycle analysis.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and anticipatory abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in information systems.
- Curiosity and commitment to being a proactive partner.
Experience in supply chain management or project management within the fashion or luxury goods industry is preferred.
