- Lead discussions and propose improvements for warehousing and transportation transformation.
- Establish and implement strategies for a touchless order management flow.
- Define and implement best-in-class warehouse operations, focusing on automation solutions.
- Upgrade inventory management processes and align with business teams on success metrics.
- Redesign transportation management for improved efficiency and integration.
- Lead the digital transformation to streamline work processes and eliminate low-value tasks.
- Implement a digital twin for advanced analytics and scenario planning.
- Advise management on changes and trends in warehouse and transportation management.
- Participate in global or regional supply chain projects related to sustainability and data analytics.
- Qualifications in Supply Chain Management or a related engineering field.
- Additional qualifications or certificates in Project Management and digital tools preferred.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent digital skills, including M365, Power BI, RPA, and no/low code solutions.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Agility and flexibility in dealing with ambiguity.
- Strong work ethic and ability to challenge the status quo.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in driving breakthroughs in supply chain management, such as warehousing, logistics, or supply chain transformation.
Qualifications in Supply Chain Management or related engineering field.
