1. Lead discussions and propose improvements for warehousing and transportation transformation.
2. Establish and implement strategies for a touchless order management flow.
3. Define and implement best-in-class warehouse operations, focusing on automation solutions.
4. Upgrade inventory management processes and align with business teams on success metrics.
5. Redesign transportation management for improved efficiency and integration.
6. Lead the digital transformation to streamline work processes and eliminate low-value tasks.
7. Implement a digital twin for advanced analytics and scenario planning.
8. Advise management on changes and trends in warehouse and transportation management.
9. Participate in global or regional supply chain projects related to sustainability and data analytics.

1. Qualifications in Supply Chain Management or a related engineering field.
2. Additional qualifications or certificates in Project Management and digital tools preferred.

1. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent digital skills, including M365, Power BI, RPA, and no/low code solutions.
3. Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
4. Agility and flexibility in dealing with ambiguity.
5. Strong work ethic and ability to challenge the status quo.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in driving breakthroughs in supply chain management, such as warehousing, logistics, or supply chain transformation.

Qualifications in Supply Chain Management or related engineering field.
